Typical
table cheese in which you can rediscover the sweet taste of the
cow’s milk and the aroma of sheeps milk of tavoliere grazings.
Its maturing lasting 30 days gives to “Crema del Tavoliere”
cheese a light straw-coloured and different holes, exalting a
pure and appetizing taste of it. It is made from bovine and ovine
milk, cheese rennet and salt. The mould is rounded and its weight
varies from 1,5 to 1,8 kilos.
