Traditional, tasty and fresh table cheese. It was widely eaten by sheperds during the transhumance. Because of the basket its furrowed mould is straw-coloured and its pasta is classic with some hole in it. It is made from whole ovine milk just milked. Its maturation last up to 45 days and moulds weight about 1,5 kilos.
